Oven Meat Tray with Mushroom

Ingredients
- Beef fillet: 500 grams (sliced)
- Flour: a quarter of a cup
- Dried herbs: half a teaspoon
- Black pepper: a quarter of a teaspoon
- Red pepper: a horn (chopped)
- Chicken broth: three quarters of a cup (or vegetables)
- Red vinegar: a quarter of a cup
- Mushrooms: 2 cups (fresh cut in half)
How to prepare
Mix the broth, flour, salt and dried herbs in a saucepan over medium heat until the sauce thickens
Stir the meat, mushrooms and red pepper in a frying pan over high heat until brown, then add the vinegar and my heart
Transfer the mixture to an oven dish, then pour the broth mixture over it, cover the dish with aluminum foil, and place it in the oven on medium heat for 30 minutes.
Remove the aluminum from the plate, red face, and serve hot alongside a plate of salad or rice, as desired
